  I rented a boat last Sunday for the afternoon and overnight. Evening was fine with the boat and we had a great day on the lake. The problems started Monday when they tried to tell me a light was broken which I was shown when I rented our as being already there. Then Tuesday they said it was reinspected and side house was damaged. Then today I an charged 85 dollars for damage and cleaning fee. The boat was not cleaned between rentals, and mildew and grime had accumulated ask proud the floors. Terrible experience and in three days no one with the management has been in touch with me. All I get is the young ladies on the phone and when I express hour angry and offended I am they claim I an mistreating them. This place needs to get it's act together. Absolutely terrible management and customer service

  Rented both 6 seat runabouts. Both boats are well maintained and the LaPrade's staff were friendly and attentive. Can't wait to visit Lake Burton and LaPrade's again soon!

  This year makes our third for our family reunion on Lake Burton. Each year, we've rented a boat from La Prades with great service and equipment. I've never been inspired to write a review before today, though. We picked up our boat yesterday and had some water coming up from the bottom, so we took it back in today, They were swamped; I've never seen it so crowded. Turns out, they didn't have another boat to swap due to the crowd, so they quickly purchased a beautiful newer, larger boat so that we'd have one to use!
  We're having another amazing week on the lake, thanks to Tina and her excellent staff.

  The place to stop for food and drinks while on the lake. Love hitting up lake button during the summer and this is always the starting off point. Food is better than average and the people always friendly.
