- 1 / 5By Richard BTerrible hostess, inexcusably long waits! Showed up with my family of four half the restaurant was empty and I was told it would be a 45 minute wait or longer before being seated. I questioned all the open tables and asked if it was because they didn't have wait staff and she said no, it's reservation which totally pissed me off because 1.5 hours ago I tried to call to make reservations and they didn't answer the phone! The food is usually good, but the service has ALWAYS been lacking. Sorry Laprades, if this is a usual occurrence then perhaps you need to hire a few more staff to handle the rush.
