  My first impression when I opened the door was " this place is well-organized". As I glanced at the floor I realized this restaurant is very clean and then, as I looked around the well-lit room, I was pleased with the decorations and the overall appearance of the restaurant. It's not a new building but it's well-maintained.
  The attendant who took our order was fun to talk to and cheerful. I was confident the meal would be good when I realized most of the other customers were not tourists, like me. You have to put question marks on restaurants that can't sustain themselves outside of the tourist season.
  This is not a fast food restaurant so the food was fresh, and consequently, delivered in the normal time it would take to prepare it.
  I will definetly be stopping there the next time I'm traveling in the area at meal time.

  I have shopped HOLLYWOOD and in Cleveland store for years. ON 2-11-17 ordered 1 chicken 1 qt tater salad and 1 pint beans. After 40 minutes and no food and cost a whopping $32.05 ,nothing. When I asked " we are working on it" WAS THE REPLY!!!!!!!!!!! What Bull shoes as 8 people came after me and left. I WONDERED WHY THEY LEFT CLEVELAND NOW I KNOW! NO OFFER OF A REFUND AND DON'T CARE AT ALL.! I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I WILL GET MY $32.05 OUTTA TONY ONE WAY OR ANOTHER AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I SEE WHAT IS UP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
